We do hope that you are always delighted with your experience at Flin Lee. However, in the unfortunate event, we accept returns subject to certain conditions. All information regarding our returns policy can be found below.
We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, strictly subjected to our acceptance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging and tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once in our custody, we will need to examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, which is not subjected to carelessness, damage, or abnormal conditions, we will either replace or repair the Product (if returned owing to a defect) or for store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with the following information:
i. Your name, contact number, order number and tracking number (if any) and item name and other information that you deem necessary.
ii. Specify the reason for the return request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, example custom products (such as special orders or personalised items with engraving) or resized products. Please do contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and whether it qualifies for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or purchases made using gift certificates.
We are also unable to accept online returns for Flin Lee products not purchased on this websites or in-store.
Exchange requests are only applicable when the received item is not what you had ordered. You will need to contact us within 3 days if such a situation occurs. Any exchange requests beyond the stipulated time will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit. To apply for a refund, we request you to Contact Us. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Flin Lee reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion any refund request.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and handle it immediately.
If we determine that the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item (free of charge) or if deemed appropriate, replace the item. If the item received is not what you purchased, we will arrange for the exchange and walk you through the entire process.
However, if we determine that it is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you with the appropriate costs for repair. Do note, that the repairs process will only be initiated if you agree with the advised costs. If there is no agreement, the item will be returned to you.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective or a wrong item, please contact us immediately within 3 days upon receiving your items.
We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. Once we have received the item, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All returned items will be inspected by our professionals. Please allow a few business days for this process. We will contact you if there are any issues related to the returned item. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your request.
