Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are listed in Singaporean Dollar (SGD) and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

All credit/ debit/ HitPay/ PayNow/ Atome transactions and payment account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer or payment method provider.

If the issuer of your card or payment method refuses to authorise payment/ transaction is marked as fraudulent/ pending due to checks, we will not accept your order until payment has been verified and approved, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

Once your order has been placed, a 1 hour grace period for amendments are allowed. During this time, if you would like to make changes to your order, drop us an email at info@flinlee.com.

We disclaim any responsibility for fees or charges that may be imposed by your card issuer, bank, or payment method provider due to our processing of your credit or debit card payment in relation to your order. If your credit or debit card or payment method is not in the currency of the purchase specified on the platforms, the final amount may be billed in the currency of your card or account. This final amount is determined and charged by your card issuer, bank, or payment method provider, and as such, we shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, charges, or other liabilities that you may incur as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider processing the transaction in a currency different from that of your purchase as indicated on the platforms.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address given  on your order form is incorrect or incomplete.
