We are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty for our products, which covers damage that occurs from daily use under normal conditions. This warranty ensures that your jewellery remains in excellent condition, and we are committed to helping you maintain the beauty of your pieces.
Coverage
Lifetime Warranty: Our lifetime warranty covers damage that occurs due to regular wear and tear. This includes issues such as broken clasps or faulty settings caused by daily use.
Missing Stones: If a stone is missing from your jewellery, we will cover this for up to one year after the purchase date. Please contact us within this time frame to initiate a claim.
Damaged Upon Delivery: If your jewellery arrives damaged, you may file a claim within 7 working days of receiving the product. To submit a claim, please provide photographic and video evidence of the damage. Claims will be subject to an inspection process to assess the extent of the damage.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, you must provide a valid order number and/ or invoice. Claims or requests without a valid order number will not be processed.

Exclusions

Improper Storage or Use: Damages caused by improper storage or misuse of the product are not covered under our warranty.
Natural Aging & Superficial Scratches: The natural aging process of jewellery, as well as superficial scratches from daily wear, are not covered. This includes minor tarnishing and wear that can occur over time.
Accidental Damage: We do not cover damages resulting from accidents, such as drops or exposure to chemicals.
Loss or Theft: Loss or theft of jewellery is not covered under this warranty.
Third-Party Modifications/Repairs/Purchases: Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party or purchases made from unauthorized sellers will void the warranty.
Right to Reject Exchange Requests
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or warranty claims that do not comply with our policy. This includes instances where the product shows signs of misuse or alteration that fall outside the terms of our warranty.
Tarnish-Resistant Guarantee
Products specified as "tarnish-resistant" are guaranteed to remain free from tarnishing with proper care. Should any tarnishing occur despite following the care guidelines, we offer a one-time replacement of the affected piece. To submit a tarnish-resistant replacement request, please send us clear images showing the tarnishing, along with any relevant details regarding the piece and your purchase.
